This website is operated by Suzhou Sanao Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. It is a business-to-business information site. We do not sell products online, do not operate a shopping cart, and do not accept payment through this website. All orders are concluded through a separate written quotation, proforma invoice or contract.
3. Product information
We aim to describe our machines accurately, but specifications, images, dimensions and capacities are indicative. Machines are improved continuously; the specification that applies to your purchase is the one stated in your quotation, proforma invoice or contract. Where a value is marked as customizable, the agreed value governs.
Photographs may show optional equipment, tooling or configurations that are not part of the standard build.
4. Quotations and pricing
Prices are quoted individually and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Prices do not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance or local delivery unless expressly stated. Shipping terms follow Incoterms as written in the quotation.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photographs, drawings, logos and page design — is owned by or licensed to Sanao and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating a purchase. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or use for a competing website, requires our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its administration or its data; upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the site; scrape or harvest content or contact details for marketing purposes; or use the site in breach of applicable export control, sanctions or anti-bribery laws.

Liability relating to the sale of machines is governed by the applicable contract, not by these Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The courts of Suzhou, Jiangsu have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence. Where you are a business established outside China, the parties may agree in a contract to resolve disputes by arbitration instead.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the version in force.
