Questions We Get Asked Before an Order
Buying
What is your minimum order?
One machine. Most customers buy a single unit first to test on their line, then add stations as volume grows. There is no dealer requirement to start.
Can I buy as a distributor?
Yes. Distributors get territory and pricing terms separately from end users — tell us your market and the product lines you already carry, and we will send terms.
Do you sell used or refurbished machines?
No. Everything we ship is new, built in our Suzhou factory.
Can I see the machine running before I pay?
Yes. We run your wire samples and send video before the balance is due. For larger orders, live video call during the test run.
Technical
Can the machine be built for my wire range?
In most cases yes. Standard models cover the common ranges; outside them we modify tooling, feed and stripping units. Send the wire list and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
What about voltage and frequency?
Standard is 220 V or 380 V, 50 Hz. We build for 60 Hz, 440 V and other configurations on request — but the change has to happen at the factory, not after delivery.
Do you provide CE documentation?
CE-conformity documentation is available for the models built to that standard. Tell us at inquiry stage — it affects the electrical build and the paperwork, so it cannot be added later without cost.
Can the machine connect to our MES?
Some models support MES/ERP connection with recipe calling and production data feedback. Ask by model — it is an option, not standard across the range.
Shipping and payment
What are the lead times?
Standard machines 15–25 days. Custom builds 30–45 days depending on tooling. Peak season before Chinese New Year runs longer — plan for it.
What shipping terms do you work on?
FOB Shanghai is standard; CIF to your port is available. Machines ship in plywood cases by sea. Urgent spare parts go by air express.
What payment terms?
30% deposit with the order, 70% before shipment, T/T. For repeat customers we can discuss other terms — ask when you inquire.
After-sales
What if something breaks after delivery?
Consumable tooling ships with the machine. Wear parts are stocked and sent by express. For anything else, our engineers work through the problem on WhatsApp or email, and can log in remotely where the machine supports it.
Do you offer on-site service?
For lines and multi-machine orders, yes — we quote travel and commissioning with the order. For single machines, remote support plus video usually resolves it faster than a flight.
How long is the warranty?
12 months on the machine, excluding consumable and wear parts (blades, applicators, belts, guide tubes).
Do you supply spare parts after the warranty ends?
Yes, and we keep the tooling drawings. Send the machine model and serial number and we will quote the part.
