Most shops cut shrink tube by hand, then wonder why the lengths vary. This machine cuts to 0.1 mm with a 100 mm wide blade, at up to 6,000 pieces an hour on 100 mm lengths.
It is not limited to shrink tube. Silicone tube, rubber hose, vinyl, film, braided wire, soft copper and tin plate all run through the same adjustable feed. The metal frame keeps the blade from rocking during the cut, which is why the length stays consistent on soft material that normally squirms.

Can it cut tube that is already flattened?
Yes — flat shrink tube and film are the easiest material for this machine. Round tube is fed the same way; the limit is the 100 mm blade width.
How fast is it really?
6,000 pcs/h is the 100 mm length figure. Short pieces run faster per piece but the feed limits throughput.
Does it need air?
No. 100–240 V single phase, 150 W — it runs off a normal socket.
