The Simpler Twin of the LK6300
The LK6224 is the simpler twin of our LK6300, and for a lot of workshops it is the better fit. One printing unit prints the start and end marker tubes in a single cycle. Two crimping units fed by four terminal reels let you run single-end crimp, double-end crimp, no crimp, or wire flattening without re-tooling between jobs.
Marker tube direction and sleeve position adjust freely, so the finished lead matches your wiring standard. It takes pre-insulated loose terminals and bare cold crimp terminals, with quick-change tooling when you switch part numbers. Consumable shortage and wire tangling are both monitored.

How is this different from the SA-LK6300?
The LK6300 has six feeding stations, dual printers and three crimping units — for shops running many wire specs in a day. The LK6224 has one printer, two crimping units and four reels. If your wire list is fairly stable, the LK6224 does the same job for less.
Can it print on both ends of the tube?
Yes. One printing unit marks the start and end codes in a single cycle, so you do not flip or re-feed the tube.
What terminals fit?
