The Hardest Tube to Cut Cleanly
Corrugated tube is difficult: the blade drops into a valley, the wall collapses, and the end will not fit the connector. The HB45 cuts with a rotary blade on a servo feed, which slices through the corrugation instead of pressing into it.
It handles stainless metal corrugated hose, plastic corrugated tube, rubber hose and braided flexible tube from Ø1 to 45 mm — the range covers most automotive shielding and gas hose work. Length and quantity go in on the HMI, the machine counts and stops at the set number, and the left-side long support keeps 50 m coils feeding.

Will it cut stainless corrugated hose?
Yes, that is the main application. Thin-wall stainless needs a sharp blade and the right feed speed, both set on the HMI. We test on your sample before shipping.
Can it cut at a specific point in the corrugation?
The standard machine cuts at the set length, not at a valley. If your connector needs the cut in a specific corrugation position, tell us — that becomes a sensing option.
How long can the tube coil be?
The left-side support takes long coils; customers routinely run 50 m. Above that, add a powered payoff.
