Wire Cutting Crimping Machine

Wire Cutting Crimping Machine

This is the category most of our customers come for. A terminal crimping machine is judged on three things: whether the crimp height holds after 100,000 cycles, whether changing terminals takes minutes or an afternoon, and whether a bad crimp gets caught before it reaches the box.

We build from semi-automatic bench crimpers up to six-station machines that cut, print the number tube, thread it on and crimp both ends in one pass. Higher models add CCD inspection and crimp force monitoring, which is what automotive buyers ask for first. Tell us your terminal part number and yearly volume — that narrows it faster than any spec sheet.

Not sure which model? Send us your wire specs.
