Manual coiling produces coils that differ by whoever is on shift — different diameters, different tie positions, different weights per carton. These machines fix the variable. The semi-automatic bench winds and ties on two pedal presses; the automatic line measures to 1 mm, cuts, winds and ties without anyone holding the cable.
