What Happens After You Say Yes

Buying the machine is the easy part. The questions that decide whether the project works are the ones after: who sets it up, who trains the operator, how fast a spare part arrives, and who answers the phone when a crimp starts looking wrong at 2 a.m. your time.

What we do for you

Custom builds

Non-standard wire ranges, special fixtures, vision systems, MES integration. We quote the modification, not a whole new platform.

Sample testing

Send wire and terminals. We run them on the machine before it ships and send you the video.

Installation

Remote guidance for standard machines; on-site commissioning available for lines and multi-machine orders.

Operator training

Setup video, English manual, and a live call with your operator on the day the machine lands.

Spare parts

Consumable tooling ships with every machine. Wear parts are stocked and dispatched by express.

Technical support

Engineers on WhatsApp and email, English, during your working hours.

From inquiry to running line

  1. Inquiry — you send wire range, terminal numbers and target output.
  2. Quote — we quote a specific configuration: model, tooling, shipping terms.
  3. Sample test — we run your material and send the footage before you pay the balance.
  4. Build and inspection — machine is tested, crated and photographed before dispatch.
  5. Shipping — FOB Shanghai or CIF to your port; export docs handled in-house.
  6. Setup and after-sales — setup video, manuals, spare tooling, engineers on call.

Shipping, voltage and documentation

Machines ship in plywood cases, FOB Shanghai or CIF to your port, by sea for full units and by air for urgent spares. We handle export documentation and can arrange door delivery if you would rather not deal with a forwarder.

Voltage matters more than most buyers expect. Standard builds are 220 V or 380 V at 50 Hz — if your plant runs 60 Hz, 440 V or a different configuration, tell us before the build starts. Changing the electricals at the factory costs a fraction of changing them after arrival.

Warranty and spare parts

Standard warranty is 12 months on the machine, excluding consumable tooling and wear parts. Blades, applicators, belts and guide tubes are priced in the quote so there are no surprises later.
