SA-CB6010 Automatic Two-Ends Terminal Crimping & Housing Insertion Machine
Model: SA-CB6010 | 18–22 AWG | 2200–2400 wires/h | up to 8 colours
Crimp both ends, then push the wires into the plastic housing one by one — up to eight colours, with every insert checked.
Where Most Harness Defects Are Born
Hand-inserting wires into a connector is where defects start: one wire pushed in halfway, one in the wrong cavity, one with a lifted terminal. The CB6010 crimps both ends and inserts the wires into the housing one at a time, with a guided insertion path that protects the terminal’s functional area.
Two bowl feeders handle the housing supply, and four independent workstations at the front and rear can each be switched off when a job does not need them. When the vision or pressure sensor flags a defect, that wire never enters the housing — it goes straight to the reject bin, and the machine keeps running.
Built for This Job

- ✓Auto stop when defect rate exceeds your set limit
- ✓Stores 100 programs; recall by product instead of re-setting
- ✓2,200–2,400 wires/h, defect rate below 0.5%

Questions Buyers Ask About This Machine
Can it handle my connector?
Connectors from 5×6×3 mm up to 40×21×18 mm with 1.0–4.2 mm pin pitch, single row up to 20 holes or three rows. Send the housing drawing and pinout.
What if one wire fails inspection?
That wire is not inserted. It is discharged to the reject area, the machine continues, and the finished harness is also sent to reject so a partial assembly never reaches packing.
How long does changeover take?
The machine stores 100 parameter sets. Recalling a saved program is fast; the time goes into swapping bowl feeder tooling and the crimp applicator.
