We Build the Machines Behind the Harness
Sanao started in Suzhou more than a decade ago with one product line and a simple idea: the machine should match the wire, not the other way around. That is still the rule. Before we quote a machine, we ask for your wire list, your terminal part numbers and your daily output — because a standard build that doesn’t fit your material is just a slower way to lose money.
Today the factory covers 5,000 m² with 140+ staff, more than 80 of them technicians working on R&D, tooling and custom builds. We ship to harness shops, panel builders, appliance makers and distributors across the US, Europe, Asia and South America.
Most of the machines leaving this floor are not catalogue items. They are built around a customer’s wire range, terminal type and production target — then run on that customer’s samples before they are crated.
