Wire Cutting Stripping Machine
Cutting and stripping looks like one step until the wire is wrong. Too deep and the strands are nicked; too shallow and the insulation stays on. We build both types of machine: blade strippers for everyday production, and laser strippers for fine wire and shielded cable where a single nicked strand is a reject.
The range starts at 1 mm² precision wire and goes up to 400 mm² battery and EV cable. Semi-automatic benches for short runs, full servo lines for volume — the same question decides both: what wire do you actually run, and how many pieces a day?
