Ribbon printers on number tubes have two costs: the ribbon itself, and the fading that shows up six months later on a panel in the field. The 400ST marks with a UV laser instead, so the characters are waterproof and oil-resistant, and the per-piece consumable cost drops to zero.
Six channels run at the same time. With a 10 mm segment length, output reaches 8,000–12,000 pieces an hour. Print data comes from the upper computer software — import an Excel list, store documents, and set different content per channel. The adjustable jig covers tube from Ø1.5 to 40 mm, and it prints on white, red, blue and other coloured tube without hardware changes.

Questions Buyers Ask About This Machine
Does it really need no consumables?
No ribbon, no ink, no solvent. The laser source has a service life and water cooling needs maintenance, but the per-label cost is effectively zero.
Can I print a sequence like 0001 to 0500?
Yes. Content is set in the upper computer software, typed in or imported from Excel, and each channel can carry different data.
What about coloured tube?
White, red, blue and other colours all mark without hardware changes. Very light colours may need a power setting change, stored per job.
