When the Cut Has to Land on a Feature
Drain hose often has a bellows section, a molded cuff or a printed mark, and the cut has to land relative to that feature rather than at a fixed length from the end. The 1060S uses camera positioning to find it, then rotary-cuts at that point.
Rotary cutting also solves the flattening problem. A guillotine squeezes flexible hose oval; a rotating blade keeps the section round, which matters when the hose has to slide onto a spout or into a clamp. Everything runs on servos with PLC control and blade-wear compensation.

What does the camera actually detect?
A printed mark, a colour change, a molded feature or the end of a bellows section — you teach it one good sample and it finds the same point on the next part. Send a photo of your hose first.
Can it cut hose with a fabric braid?
Generally yes at the specified diameter, but braided hose needs a sharp blade and slower feed. Sample test before ordering is the honest answer.
Does it need compressed air?
No, this model runs on electric servo only — 220 V, 50/60 Hz, 3 kW.
