Why Guillotine Cutting Fails on Plastic Tube
Guillotine cutting deforms tube, and a deformed end means a fitting that will not seal. This machine cuts with a rotating ring blade instead, so the kerf stays flat and the tube stays round. Belt feeding does the rest: fast, accurate, and no roller marks on the surface.
It takes hard PC, PE, PVC, PP, ABS, PS and PET tube from Ø4 to 125 mm depending on model, with wall thickness from 0.2 mm. Lengths are set on the 7-inch touch screen with automatic feeding, so a batch of 500 pieces runs at the same length as the first one.

Which model for my tube?
BW50 for Ø4–50 mm, BW100 for Ø50–100 mm, BW125 for Ø70–125 mm. The ranges overlap on purpose — pick by the tube you run most.
Will it crush thin-wall tube?
No. Belt feeding distributes the grip along the tube instead of pinching one point, and the rotary blade cuts without axial force. For very soft or lined tube we fit rubber wheels.
Can it cut at an angle?
The standard build cuts square. Angled profiles are a custom fixture — send the drawing.
