Cable is measured to 1 mm, cut, wound and tied in one continuous cycle, so every coil in the carton weighs and measures the same.
It takes coils up to 15 kg with an outer diameter of 230 mm and a width of 100 mm, and the winding plates are made to your coil’s inner diameter and width — that is what keeps the coil shape square instead of bulging. If you wind directly onto your own spools, we build the machine with a dedicated structure so there is no transfer step.

Yes, as an option. The dedicated structure winds directly onto customer spools, removing the transfer step. Send the spool drawing with your inquiry.
What cable sizes run well?
Up to Ø10 mm and 15 kg finished coil weight. Heavier coils need a different frame — tell us the spec.
How accurate is the length?
The count wheel is set in 1 mm increments. In practice the limit is cable slip, not the controller, so belt tension matters.
