Three Steps Collapsed Into One Machine
Most lines do this in three steps: crimp, then slide the tube on by hand, then print the number somewhere else. The 8050-B-P collapses that into one machine. It cuts and strips, crimps both ends, inserts heat-shrink tube on both ends, and marks the cable with an integrated Markem-Imaje inkjet printer.
The crimping frame is ductile iron, cast in one piece, which is why the crimp height stays put after a few hundred thousand cycles. Standard stroke is 30 mm with an OTP high-precision applicator; a 40 mm stroke is available for European and JST applicators. Seven servo motors drive the stations, and the frame uses HIWIN screws and rails, AirTAC cylinders and Japanese bearings.

Can it use our existing applicators?
The standard build takes OTP applicators with a 30 mm stroke. For European or JST applicators we build with a 40 mm stroke, and can supply the applicator as well.
What tube sizes run reliably?
Ø2.5–7.0 mm tube, cut 12–30 mm long. Outside that range it becomes a custom build — tell us the tube spec first.
Is the printer included?
Yes, the Markem-Imaje inkjet printer is part of this model, not an add-on. Print content is edited on the machine’s touch screen.
