Built Around One Fact: Automotive Work Does Not Forgive a Bad Crimp
CCD cameras check the strip and the copper strands, a crimp force monitor watches every terminal, and anything that fails gets kicked to the NG bin instead of into the box.
The machine handles up to 24 wires of different gauges and colours (12 or 36 optional), cuts 150–2000 mm at ±0.5 mm, and runs a 2.0 T servo crimper with servo-controlled crimp height. Housing insertion comes with a pull-back test, so a terminal that did not seat is caught at the station. Changeover is the part most buyers underestimate: wire, terminal, die and housing settings are stored as a recipe.

Do I need 380 V?
Yes, the standard build runs on 380 V / 50 Hz three-phase. If your plant is 220 V or 440 V / 60 Hz, tell us before ordering — the electrical build is customized at the factory.
How many housing types can it handle?
Over 100 circuit positions per assembly; housings are loaded manually in trays while the machine feeds and inserts the wires. Send your housing list and we confirm the tooling set.
What happens to a bad crimp?
The force monitor compares each crimp curve to the stored template. Out-of-window parts are discharged to the NG area, and the image and data are saved for traceability.
