Big cable breaks ordinary strippers. One blade doing both jobs pinches the conductor, and the rollers leave marks on thick insulation that show up as a reject at your customer’s incoming inspection. The HS400 separates the two: one blade cuts, a second blade strips, both on enhanced servo axes with 32 rollers driven together.
It covers 10–400 mm² — battery cable, EV charging leads, charging gun harness, BV hard wire and BVR soft wire — at 500–1,000 pieces an hour. Head strip runs 10–1000 mm and tail strip 10–300 mm as standard, with a long-strip option if your process needs more. The 10-inch English touch screen stores 99 programs.

Questions Buyers Ask About This Machine
Will 15 kW work on our power supply?
The machine is 220 V, 50/60 Hz, but 15 kW is a heavy load — confirm your supply can carry it before ordering. If your plant runs 380 V three-phase, tell us and we build accordingly.
Can it strip the jacket without nicking the shield?
That is the reason for the second blade. The cut blade scores the jacket, the strip blade pulls it, and depth is set per cable. We test on your sample before shipping.
What is the longest strip?
Head strip up to 1000 mm standard, tail up to 300 mm. Longer stripping is available as an added function.
